Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I use a gift card from the restaurant online?
At this time, restaurant gift cards can only be used for in-person dining. Online merch purchases require a separate payment.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but reach out as soon as possible at shop@jackswifefreda.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders will typically ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we don't offer local pickup - our products ship directly to your door for convenience and efficiency.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the U.S. only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We offer free shipping for orders over $75
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 30 days. Click HERE to process your return.
Flat rate $5 handling fee to process a return.
Please note, we will not accept returns at our physical locations.

Can I return food or drink?
Because our food and drink items are perishable, they're final sale and can't be returned. If something didn't arrive in perfect condition, email us at shop@jackswifefreda.com
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We don't offer exchanges, but you're welcome to return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.
What if there is something wrong with my product?
If there is an issue with your item, just email us at shop@jackswifefreda.com within 10 days of receiving it. We're here to help!

What sizes do your shirts run in?
Most of our clothing is unisex and run true to size. Size charts are available on each product page.
Will items come back in stock if they sell out?
Some items are offered in limited runs, but popular items are often restocked—sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram for updates.

Can I buy merch in the restaurants?
Select items are available in-store—ask your server or check out the front counter.
