Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

• Unworn, unused and non-defective items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging. 
• Perishable items are not eligible for returns.
  

Return Process: 

• To process your return label, email Shop@jackswifefreda.com  
• Drop off your package at the specified carrier location, and we'll handle the rest. 
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. $5 return flat fee. 
• Please do not return your order to our physical locations. We will not accept it. 

Refunds: 

• Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. 
• Receiving processing time may take up to 5 days. 

Exchanges: 

• At this time, we do not accept exchanges on any items. Please process a return and place a new order.
