Shipping policy

All orders (with exceptions; see made to order information) are expected to ship within 2 business days. 

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive one within (2) two business days please contact us Shop@jackswifefreda.com. Please also take into account that this does not include US holidays. 

Our fulfillment center is located in Manhattan, NY, and transit times will vary based on shipment method and destination. 

For domestic (USA) orders, delivery usually occurs between 1-7 business days after your package has been shipped. 

We do not ship internationally.
